Daily Duties at Cable & Wireless:
Contracted and managed partners to achieve revenue goals, optimize training resources, and increase sales of Data, IP and voice services. Territory covered 7 states in the South East, 26 partners and $1.8 million in monthly revenue. Was responsible for growing revenue of partners to exceed sales targets. Trained partners on web based tools, processes and procedures for submitting orders, network trouble-shooting and up-selling customers. Provided solutions and tracking mechanisms to aid in account management and customer retention. Introduced new products, promotions and tools to maximize efficiency and increase sales. Negotiated contracts and pricing with corporate level customers of partners. Identified and closed new business opportunities.
