Daily Duties at At&T:

Managed and recruited VARs and business partners to achieve revenue goals and increase sales of AT&T Data, MPLS, IP, VOIP and mobility services. Was responsible for over 20 agents/VARs in South Florida and the Southeast U.S. generating over $25 million in annual revenue. Developed and implemented strategic business plans for each agent to grow revenue and increase AT&T profitability. Recruited new partners who were a "right fit" for the channel and would yield maximum sales results. Assisted in training partners on new processes, sales tools, and products. Delivered incentive programs and marketing promotions to partners. Managed partner contract, sales funnel and education investment in AT&T. Identified and closed new business opportunities. Facilitated pricing, contracting, credit and network escalations. Promoted the engagement of partners in other business units where support was required. Motivated and supported partners to over achieve goals for maximum return on investment.
