Daily Duties at – Sony Pictures:
Spearheaded software / hardware and network support for several highly rated production companies; built PCs, installed and configured software packages and peripheral devices, established network connections with TCP / IP protocol, and assigned Internet access. Key Achievements: Provided software support for major television and film productions, including Mad About You, Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, The Mirror Has Two Faces, Jerry Maguire, and Godzilla; set up complete Novell networks with Lotus Notes and proprietary production / entertainment software for up to 75 users. Built and maintained mobile NT 4.0 network with FilmakerPro database for Jeopardy writers and researchers, providing staff with Internet and email connectivity that enabled real-time research and game changes. Traveled with Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune crews to deliver onsite technical support for all remote productions
