Daily Duties at Sound Connect:

Recruit and manage VARs, partners and resellers to achieve revenue goals and increase sales of SoundConnect global conferencing and collaboration solutions. Develop and implement strategic business plans for partners to sell new audio, web and video conferencing revenue and maximize SoundConnect profitability in the market place. Identify new opportunities and accurately forecast pipeline. Assist in training partners on new processes, sales tools, and products. Deliver incentive programs and marketing promotions to partners. Manage partner contract, sales funnel, commissions and education investment in SoundConnect. Qualify and close new business opportunities with C- level decision makers and partners. Facilitate pricing, contracting, credit and network escalations. Promote the engagement of partners and vendors where strategic support is required. Motivate and support partners to over achieve goals for maximum return on investment. Continually prospect, identify and close new business.
