Daily Duties at Toyota Motors:
Maintained Windows, Lotus, PeopleSoft, servers, and local Web systems for Toyota’s Enterprise Services; completed training in PeopleSoft HR and Finance to provide informed phone support, aiding users in preparing personnel and travel reports, check requests, billing, and general ledger entries. Leveraged PVCS Bug Tracker to identify, monitor, resolve, and report on mainframe and NT server issues.
