Daily Duties at Hntb:

Sub-consultant project management and technical completion for transportation engineering initiatives across the state of Michigan, including traffic forecasting, analysis and active involvement in the public participation process. NOTABLE PROJECTS: • Sub-Consultant Project Manager: Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) Early Preliminary Engineering Study; technical completion and engineering direction for M-59 Widening Project (I-96 to US 23). • Sub-Consultant Project Manager: Wayne County Metropolitan Airport Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) project; responsible for coordination of Traffic Signal Studies as well as Lane Control System Design initiative. • Project Engineer: MDOT Early Preliminary Engineering Study; US 31 Highway Extension Project in Berrien County as well as Non-Freeway Signing Contract spanning various locations across the state of Michigan. • Project Manager / Engineer: Lansing Township Traffic Advisory Services Lake Lansing Road and Wood Street Widening and Development; conducted traffic forecasting, analysis and advisory functions to support Project. • Project Manager: Western Michigan University Traffic Impact and Roundabout Study; directed research and development of traffic management surrounding the University Bookstore, Admissions and Welcome Centers.
