Provided technical completion of Intelligent Transportation System, traffic operation and impact analysis for Bridge of Lions Rehabilitation Project and assisted with fulfillment of Florida Interstate Highway System contract. NOTABLE PROJECTS: • Project Engineer: First Coast Metropolitan Planning Organization (FCMPO) Intelligent Transportation System Study (ITS); completed Plan Development for Atlantic Boulevard and Arlington Expressway Corridor (2003). • Project Engineer: Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Bridge of Lions Rehabilitation project as well as Traffic Impact Assessment; Florida Interstate Highway System (FIHS) Project, Level of Service Analysis.
