Daily Duties at Color Box, Llc:

Oversee and direct equipment and maintenance personnel and workers engaged in equipment installation, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance. Plan, select, propose and implement equipment and systems upgrades and replacements to ensure efficiency and cost control. Ensure adequate maintenance personnel coverage for the plants 24/7 production operations including satisfactory emergency call out arrangements. Interact and coordinate with service contractors, engineering professionals, and materials/parts vendors to resolve inefficiencies in equipment and reduce repeat failures. Develop and review preventive maintenance methods, practices and written procedures performed by technicians and production personnel. Provided training in fire protection, fork truck operation and electrical safe work practice for all employees. •Extensive industrial electrical controls troubleshooting and problem solving skills. •Ability to handle critical decision making responsibilities and deal with mental stress from occasionally extended worked hours outside of regular schedule. •Working knowledge of parts/materials procurement, inventory control methods, and budgeting requirements. •Versed in job safety, procedures and policies, and the need to improve the awareness in workers.
