Daily Duties at Hammer & Company, Llc:
Provide financial, operational and trend analyses guidance to companies in need of developing a comprehensive strategic plan for a turnaround, restructuring or liquidation. Work hands-on in a variety of crisis management situations, to provide appropriate resolutions. (Sample assignments appear below.) à Analyzed the operations, sourcing, and cash structure of a $1 billion global fashion apparel manufacturer and distributor; recommended a successful distressed equity exchange. à Evaluated a $600 million, 300-store specialty apparel retailer, analyzing overall business methodology, including inventory flow, sourcing flow, day-to-day operations, store set-up and future financial viability – recommended liquidation. à Reviewed the overall operations, financial structure and business model of a family-owned public golf course in the Midwest; recommended significant modification in daily operations and restructuring of debt to equity – enhanced profitability and assured on going viability
