Assignment and resolution of personal and commercial lines claims in both the auto and property aspects of the claims organization.  Led the operation with the highest number and highest volume of premium placed in structured settlements in 1994 of $187,000.  Resolved the highest claim volume in the operation with the highest level of productivity. Received 26% more claims than others in operation and was still able to reduce inventory of reserved claims by 11% in 1995.
