Daily Duties at United States Gypsum:
In charge of encouraging sales force to use the newly rolled out sales force automation system and liaised with IT staff in applying requested customizations to the system. • Spearheaded implementation of Intranet-based system that streamlined the nightly sync of the application for the sales force. • Project Manager for designing and launching a Website for customers to review order and shipping information that cut the number of phone calls to the order center; traveled to customer sites to introduce, demonstrate, and train them in using the new Website. • Directed rollout of new pricing, quoting, and complaint system in use today that continued to upgrade and automate the sales force system.
