Daily Duties at United States Gypsum:
Represented the Customer Service Centers during migration from legacy in-house developed order system to Oracle Order management system and accountable for conducting gap analysis. Liaised with the SCM project team during the development of the shipping and inventory process and customizations. • Presented “process playbacks” to management staff for sign-off and approval. • Gap Analysis including RICE (Report, Interfaces , Conversion and Enhancements). • Initiated forming of Impact Project Team to resolve 15 personally identified issues with the implementation of Oracle SCM that were addressed and resolved prior to go-live deadline.
