Daily Duties at United States Gypsum:
Directed a team of 4 in designing, testing, and training staff in Oracle SCM/OM through all phases and implementations of the rollout to all Customer Service Centers in the U.S. and Canada. Supplied a high-level of support to Supply Chain and Customer Service teams after each rollout. • Collaborated with staff of newly acquired manufacturing facility and internal IT staff to develop and launch an order / shipping process with transparency to customers when new facility continued to use their software rather than Oracle. • Key player in developing interface for a legacy order fulfillment system and the new Oracle SCM solution.
