Daily Duties at United States Gypsum:
In charge of directing the completion of Oracle SCM post-go-live projects while directing team of Oracle OM/Shipping analysts. Selected as a member of the newly formed business Solutions Group accountable for all the business units utilizing Oracle or impacted by its use. Member of the new Business Relationship Account Members that reviewed upcoming IT strategy and requirements for the Plants & Customer Service. Determined validity of change requests, and approved requests after extensive review and analysis. Prioritized requests and directed process through testing and implementation. Met weekly with customer service to determine and document change requests and future requirements.
