Daily Duties at Citi Hedge Fund Services:
• Responsible for overseeing daily trading activity and cash movements for clients hedge funds • Review trade confirmation for Commodity, CDS/CDX, and Total Return Swaps and book into system on a daily basis. • Provide daily reconciliation for various types of swap products to ensure all trades have been received and booked by client and administrator. • Confirm trade details with prime broker and resolve any notional, floating rate or upfront fee discrepancies. • Resolve any collateral or MTM issues with client, prime brokers and 3rd party vendors (Reech/MarkitServ) associated with swap trading activity. • Assist and maintain client relations by providing answers to administration inquires pertaining to monthly NAV’s, capital activity and audit questions • Worked with Prime Brokers daily to resolve corporate action, trading, and cash movement issues. • Prepared month end NAV packages and coordinate with allocation department for month end client statements • Assisted in the preparation of audit requests, financial statements and other various year end tasks • Obtained knowledge of different types of hedge fund structures and the components and strategies that make them up • Work with management and other team members for client specific ad hoc projects on a weekly basis. • Proficient in using Eagle Star, Invest One, MS Excel (macros and formulas) and Paxus. Familiar with Bloomberg
