Analyzed results to determine trends. - Designed training sessions and implemented other actions plans to address the dissatisfiers. Tracked action plans and initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction. - Learned and became familiar with various data sources, how they relate, and determined the necessary steps to extract useful information. - Knowledge of problem and change management processes.
