Daily Duties at Zsl Inc:

• Spearhead teams managing HR/recruiting processes for US, UK and Indian branches facilitating a smooth flow, Recruited Professionals in Entry to senior level in IT, Finance, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Telecom. • Developed contingency and retained staffing programs/strategies, analyses, and training. Designed and executed initiatives in sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, for client/private researchers and Sourced candidates through resume boards like monster, dice, career builder, Google groups, yahoo groups, LinkedIn and databases, networking, referrals, advertising campaigns, direct recruiting. • Extensive experience in behavioral interviews, assessment, exit interviews, reference, background checks and drug tests, on board arrangement & Performance management. • Monitor and manage all agency vendor contract relationships, negotiated contract/placement agreements managing recruitment process based on ATS. • Participated in IT workshops, professional network groups, Universities, Campus recruitment drives, career fairs, building clients and tap resources. • Forecast employment needs, developed annual recruitment plan to support planned/current hiring activity. Built/managed strong delivery team, recommended clients top talent pool to meet their requirements. • Worked with Directors and hiring managers, conducted job analysis, Selection process for professionals for projects in India and UK, determine requirement, budget management, opening requisitions to improvise and establish internal recruitment processes, maintain confidentiality of HR practices with employees.
