Daily Duties at Total Longterm Care:
Led staff in the achievement of human resources and company objectives for 1,000 employees. Partnered with executive management to develop, implement and maintain programs around organizational design and development, supervisory training, succession planning, communication vehicles, compensation and talent acquisition programs. In conjunction with IS, Finance and Payroll, researched, choose and began the migration of the company to a new HRIS system which was to provide HR personnel with the tools to adequately serve their customers. Served on Disaster Planning, Corporate Compliance, and CNA Career Ladder Committees; and as Chairperson of the Wellness Committee and ‘Employer of Choice’ subcommittees including Rewards and Recognition, Organizational Structure, and Compensation. Assisted in the creation of new policies and procedures as well as updating established policies. Wrote and maintained Human Resources ‘Book of Business’. Supervised 6 exempt and 2 non-exempt employees.
