Daily Duties at Target:
• Ability to train, motivates, and supervises 130 employees. • A team player, acknowledged as “Total Quality Customer Service Professional.” • Develop plan, conduct audits and variance analyses, process payroll and payroll filings, and maintain/update accurate inventories. • Promoted to manager position to recruit, train and supervise 100+ customer service reps and cashiers. Manage front-end operations to ensure friendly and efficient transactions at checkout. Synopsis of Achievements-Increased customer retention by 19%, from 72% to 91%.Proactive planning led to notable increase in morale in all departments. • Created customer satisfaction survey, drastically reducing potential problems. • Able to develop/ maintain excellent fashion merchandise presentation standards • Developing a successful leadership team, recruits, hires, develops a great team to be on, implements new programs, trains, and delivers high performances while working. • Inventory manager. Maintain quality control/satisfaction records, constantly seeking new ways to improve customer service as a manager. Quickly and effectively solve customer challenges.
