Promoted to become new management lead and charged with turning around this poorly performing North American business unit, with 2006 sales of $50,000,000. Hold full P&L responsibility and direct 150 employees (2006 levels) located at two production facilities and two distribution centers. Position has direct responsibility for Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, R&D and Technical Support, and indirect responsibility for Sales, Brand Management, and IT. Report to Sperian Executive Committee member; previous manager was promoted to CEO in 2009.
