* Collaborate with Qualcomm Corp IT, Qualcomm CDMA Technology IT and Qualcomm Flarion Technology IT to define, install and support local Load Sharing Facility adhering to corporate defined architectural and procedural standards based on Platform LSF software. * Manage LSF compute farm supporting EDA/CAD operations and team of 75 ASIC and test engineers. * Oversaw smooth integration of Flarion Technologies Linux environment into Qualcomm Linux and engineering standards after Qualcomm purchase of Flarion. * Organized legacy Flarion Linux equipment to improve ASIC design environment; prepared ASIC designers and system to migrate Qualcomm network.
