• Overall authority for timekeeping payroll of 86 U.S. Federal and Japanese employees • Responsible for daily schedules, meetings, and conferences for 4 senior military officers • Combined and finalized accumulated departmental presentation for weekly executive meetings • Resolved timekeeping discrepancy and maintained sick/vacation leave balances • Processed accounts receivable, cash receipts and credit card handling, deposits • Maintained 105 daily business transaction records • Resolved customer service problems and complaints while implementing change solutions • Supervised and trained accounting clerks • Prepared and verified daily revenue report • Maintained returned check account • Researches cash receipts, coding and posting of receipts • Developed automated spreadsheets and created necessary forms • Organized and maintained retention files for required period of time Selected Contributions: Exceptional performance recognized with prestigious “2002 Civilian of the Quarter Award” Developed unit’s first comprehensive administrative training handbook. All-inclusive document distributed to three additional units for use as new government employee training template.
