Daily Duties at Dhl Express:
Manage a department that provides personalized and dedicated high-level service and support to DHL’s highest revenue generating and most important customers. Develop specialized and unique customer support initiatives and ensured profitability goals were met. Partner with Sales and the customer to ensure success. Analyze and make recommendations for forecasting future customer service staffing and budgetary needs based on business trends, Sales input, customer feedback and other factors.
