Daily Duties at Dhl Express:
Develop and direct overall order and service-related activities for DHL's customer service function. Develop and implement policies for the resolution of customer account inquiries while providing a variety of customer service sales and support functions for customers. Analyzes and makes recommendations based on call volume trends and other factors for forecasting future customer service needs including staffing and call capacity.
