Daily Duties at Dcf Inc:

DCF Inc. Was my real Challenge, Ginny (my wife) and I moved to New Mexico, Ginny wanted to learn tribal law(Navaho Nation) while beginning her 3rd P.H.D and upon agreeing to move soon found myself faced with my most difficult turn around and most rewarding of my career. My first day John klingler The General Manager informed me he would be gone for a period of approximately 10 days, so I needed to learn their computer system fast. Hired as the General Sales Manager, that day I learned I would also be Finance Manager. The Cadillac/Saab franchise was averaging 18 cars a month at about $2000 per, front and back. Who needs a finance manager at 18 cars, but the kicker, 1 sales person had just quit, there long timer was going on a two week vacation and the last salesperson announce with 1 day notice tickets to Maui and see ya later. So on my third day, I was the lot attendant, sales person, sales Manager, Finance Manager, Used Car Manager and receptionist. I looked up and thanked God the Service manager was established and doing well. That month 34 cars at $3600.00 front and back were sold, Zero sales people for over a week, I vacated the Maui vacationer upon return. I should mention that I called Ginny and begged her until she caved, to come help me, the hardest close of my career. Help wanted ads don’t work well and I needed people fast, I was not able to recruit or leave the dealership….So I picked up the phone and began calling every pastor of every church letting them know my needs and should they have members in need we should meet. By the time John klingler returned I had hired 5 green to the business new hires and began training. I quickly became John’s new best friends and miss working with him. He taught me a great deal and was very supportive of my systems and training methods, and I admire John for having the ability to let go of the reigns and back me up to our success.

What they like about Dcf Inc:

Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
