Reported to the President with full responsibility for all financial affairs, the banking relationship and Human Resources. • Converted accounting and record keeping from a manual spreadsheet oriented system to an ERP system, reducing time to get financial statements from 45 to 5 days. • Implemented a planning system to allow for timely quarterly forecasting. • Developed a Human Resources department and processes including succession planning. Led successful negotiations to determine the best healthcare insurance provider.
