Daily Duties at Ibm:
Cross-industry experience providing objective advice, expertise and specialist skills to create value, maximize growth and improve the business performance of clients. Key clients included: General Motors, Federated Department Stores, United Airlines, NYC Department of Education, Virgin Mobile and Michelin. • Supported various business development managers with end to end business solution proposals for several multi-million dollar projects which contributed to securing long-term business, optimizing levels of productivity and sustaining project success. • Spearheaded implementation of WMS, CRM, Content Management, Data Management, Knowledge Management and Collaboration software applications that improved reliability, enhanced efficiency, and established scalability for future growth. • Implemented software development lifecycle policies and procedures implementing projects on-time and under budget 100% of the time. • Facilitated meetings with business and technical stakeholders to define business and system requirements ensuring overall solution integrity. • Identified areas of cross-functional impact and served as a liaison to project management, architecture, development and test teams for all areas of design. • Managed business and technical requirements, budget, risks, status reporting, milestones, and project team coordination, enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring client results. • Coordinated testing, change management, training and support activities resulting in seamless transition to clients. • Established standardized processes for documentation, development and quality assurance reducing project cycle time. • Provided recommendations for optimum business design through process flow analysis. • Audited problem management tools to track defects and ensure successful resolution. • Documented use cases to capture the functionality of latest releases. • Led remote/global cross functional project teams ranging from 5-50 people.
