Daily Duties at El Paso Global Networks:
Reported to CIO. Designed, planned and managed all BSS-OSS applications implementation for start-up reseller of fiber and bandwidth. Recruited and led OSS/IT teams. Supervised implementation of financials, CRM, order entry, order management & fulfillment, billing, network planning & engineering, network inventory, network surveillance and EAI systems including all required IT infrastructure and communications to remote sites and disaster recovery site. Managed complete project life cycles, including RFP/RFI process, vendors selection, development, installation, and testing. Oversaw operations support and systems maintenance. Prepared and execute risk management and IT strategic plans. Supervised 10 direct / 80 indirect reports. Administered $26 million budget.
