Daily Duties at Net Cracker Technology:
Worked jointly with Sales to initiate new projects from SOW. Built resource assignments and rotation schedules for on-site & off-site resources. Managed scope and solution design closely with client’s stakeholders. Performed IT infrastructure reviews and requirements to support integration testing, training, UAT and operation into production environment. Prepared and administered project plans, schedules and budgets. Served as primary interface to client and internal management team. P&L responsibility.
