Daily Duties at Beck Properties Inc.:
On-site and Off-site Development, Developed and monitored schedules for grading, installation of storm, water, sewer systems, underground utilities, sidewalks and paving. Worked with design team on new product lines; architects on plan design; structural engineers; title 24. Submitted plans to city and county agencies for master plan check and approved plans. Developed model home schedules. Staffed projects with superintendents, labors and customer service personnel when needed. Selected and contracted subcontractors and suppliers for each project. Responsible for acceptance by state, county and local agencies.
