•Assisted a three physician Gastroenterology group with the development of a freestanding Endoscopy Center. •Coordinated the formation of new partnership between the physicians •Formulated three and five year proformas to determine feasibility of the project. •Interviewed and oversaw project management team which included architect, medical equipment consultant, and contractor. •Obtained 1.0 million dollar financing to fund the project. •Developed policy and procedure manuals to pass state licensure and Medicare. •Negotiate managed care contracts on behalf of partnership.
