•Developed budgets and operating standards for all facilities and corporate office. •Responsible for all financial functions such as general ledger, income statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. •Created financial benchmarks for each facility to maintain and report on a weekly basis. •Supervise Clinic Managers at each facility and Billing Supervisor at the corporate office. •Liaison between corporate accountant and company shareholders. •Initiated Monthly Operation Review meetings between corporate office and clinic managers. •Responsible for managing a positive cash flow by negotiating increases to reimbursements and implementing cost saving techniques to expenses. •Negotiated 3.3 million dollar financing to fund the construction and startup of a new MRI facility in Pasadena. •Assisted with the negotiation, due diligence and sale of the company.
