Daily Duties at Allstate Insurance:
Recruited, trained and hired Property and Casualty Insurance Agents to sell Auto, Home, Commercial, Term, Universal Life insurance, Annuities and Mutual funds. Consulted with ~ 45 Allstate agents to grow a profitable book of business, improved loss ratios, increase sales and maintain compliance within company & industry standards. Worked as internal company wholesaler as in training agents in needs analysis, Life and financial services sales. Designed, wrote and developed instructional training programs, complete with development and evaluation. Held Agency planning sessions for agents in groups of 10 – 150 in size. Qualified for company National Conference five out of six eligible years. Responsible of territory assets of $283,000,000 in Premium. Proven record of accomplishment of success in both marketing and underwriting disciplines.
