Daily Duties at Allstate Insurance:
Managed nine states with Allstate’s Independent Agents, Consulted and trained agents in sales, underwriting and all aspects of managing an Agency. Consulted with 378 agencies to develop business plans resulting in 110 % increase over prior year in sales. Worked as wholesaler in insurance industry (internal, external or combination) Commercial Lines Insurance and training within the independent agent platform. Coordinate with segment's regional director on additional analysis (class, mix, pricing, product & rate needs) that are relevant to profitable growth within the territory. Built partnerships with business groups, identified, and delivered agency and product solutions at the account and corporate level. Collaborated with Home Office Sales to drive sales & distribution excellence strategies, tactics and analysis throughout the Division. Accountable for the division's Select Customer's New Business Premium, Total Written Premium and Profit Objectives. Responsible for quality control through handling of agency referrals and policy issuance, as well as compliance with all regulatory requirements.
