PP/L responsibility for the Praetorian security surveillance business unit with oversight of 80 employees. Managed four regional sales team, an international sales team, and an enterprise sales team; marketing, business operations, program management, security assessment teams, product development and technical roadmap as well as strategic business relationships. Lead start-up effort to productize and market IT based security technology which has doubled its sales each year. Captured a major DoD contract valued at $326M. Opened up international partnerships in Mexico, Poland, India, Kuwait and the Asia-Pacific Rim which delivered over $3M in reseller business. Example of some wins include a major NFL stadium, international sports arena, airport surveillance, and a US Capitol Police Training Facility.
