Daily Duties at Johnson & Jphnson:
Designed and developed several key systems using state of the art technologies in client/server, Internet technologies, and IBM AS/400 technologies. • Designed and developed Client/Server projects using Visual Basic with AS/400 in role of server and PC in role of client, including Executive Information system and AS/400 Report Distribution system. These applications provided Vistakon with first experience using Client/Server applications and ultimately led to use of Intranet. • Authored and created first Intranet sites employing HTML, JavaScript, and Lotus Notes/Domino as back-end content management system. These projects demonstrated the importance of employee Intranet and ultimately led to first Intranet portal. • Developed several key AS/400 systems for Complaint-Handling (CLASS) and Employee scheduling (TMS), which enhanced customer service and provided better customer experience in regard to handling complaints and questions.
