Daily Duties at Regions Financial Corp:
Legal/compliance review and database management of Corporate Contracts; cost spreadsheets; assist all areas of Procurement; database reports for all departments; assist corporate legal and audit; responsible for accurate and timely input of all company documentation including contracts, legal documents, orders, invoices, etc., along with digesting critical information/legal issues, costs, termination information; lead role in the conversion of contracts from legacy banks following the merger; Work with all lines of business and various managerial levels in reviewing, negotiating and creating contracts; daily use of MS Access and Ariba databases, Word, Excel, Lotus Notes; assist new employees with orientation of the databases; SME in development, design, training & implementation of conversion of corporate databases into Ariba Contract Workbench & Project Management Systems.
