Daily Duties at Cl Construction:
Responsible for overseeing all operations for 10-15 men on various jobsites simultaneously. I was responsible for scheduling start and completion dates of jobs. I made all collections, both current and past due, and I was responsible for paying all of the bills. I communicated with customers in order to maintain superior customer service, I coordinated arrival and availability of needed materials and equipment. I calculated and made-ready payroll weekly. I wrote all bids and invoices. I developed and maintained relationships with vendors and customers and I wrote, reviewed and negotiated all contracts in addition to advising on all day-to-day field operations.
