Daily Duties at Urs Infrastructure & Environment Austin Accounting Center:
Here at URS, I audit utility, purchase order, non-purchase order, procurement card, and subcontract invoices for correct cost type, cost codes, job number, total, approval, bill-to and remittance information, and other necessary information. I assist cardholders and personnel within and outside of the Austin Accounting Center with corrections to entries. I assist in answering questions for employees within and outside of the Austin Accoutning Center. I direct cardholders and office personnel on proper Policies and Procedures, and am also responsible for minimal data-entry from time-to-time.
