Daily Duties at Bulloch Fabrication :
To lead all aspect of the assembly of Conveyor units and related assemblies. Responsible to ensure that PO and prints match. Also inspected unit in progress and final assembly. Also designed jigs that speeded up the process and make the conveyors more accurate. With jigs, floor supports went from 30 min. each to 10 min. each. I trouble shoot units and built first article units to ensure that assembly could be done per print.
