Daily Duties at University Hospital Health System:

Supervision of 63 employees at five different ambulatory care clinics. I was responsible for all cashiers, patient service reps, financial counselors and 24/7 telephone operators/physician answering service. I did all scheduling of staff, hiring, terminations, evaluations. I was also responsible for resolution of problem accounts. I was on an implementation team for a new computer system (IDX), I helped build and test the scheduling systems and I was on a small team that trained over 700 employees in this product.
