• Spike Neuron model multi node simulation on a parallel Mu (32 opteron processors) cluster on Berkeley Unified parallel C (UPC) Framework. Application used for performance analysis at lab. (Jan 2009 – May 2009) • “Application Performance Analysis”: Debugging the VHDL user wrapper and the C user interface for the XtremeData's XD1000 system, for FPGA co processing within an x86 COTS computing environment.
