Donnelley Products including Internet, SEO, Web Sites and Print initiating contacts to designated businesses for selling and servicing. • Made sales calls to businesses utilizing consultative sales techniques explaining the value of directory advertising and Internet Products to gain credibility and increase sales and minimize cancellations. • Received Top Customer Service award for outstanding service and for exceeding annual quota. Product Manager • Promoted to Product Marketing and conducted and implemented marketing and advertising functions for the DEX, AT&T and Embarq (previously Sprint) yellow page directories within the R.H. Donnelley footprint. • Performed all analyses needed to move the businesses forward and presented to upper management. • Presented at all regional sales meetings to AT&T, Dex and Embarq Sales managers. • Created collateral material to support the sales force with new marketing research studies.
