Daily Duties at Cvs Caremark I Scribe:
# Management of over 300 clients in South Carolina, Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Ohio. # Support of iScribe users associated with client-team managed contracts including the Employers Health Purchasing Corporation of Ohio (EHPCO) in the Canton/Akron region, the Nationwide Insurance Company in the Columbus, OH region, and the DC Chartered Health Plan in Washington, DC. # Facilitation of communication between the prescriber and the pharmacy when issues arose. # Service and support of client hardware and software. # Training of physicians and their support staff concerning the process of electronic prescribing. # Promoting the use of the iScribe system’s formulary coverage and prescription benefits information to drive prescribing behavior, generic drug usage and mail order adoption. # Working with CVS Caremark Clinical Consultants in my territories to aid mutual clients with any electronic prescribing issues that may arise as well as pharmacy issues. # Working regional trade shows to represent CVS Caremark's iScribe electronic prescribing product. # Working with Caremark Mail Order’s Prescriber Help Desk to troubleshoot electronic scripts as well as other prescriber problems that arose. # Interfacing with internal Quality Assurance and Engineering departments when product defects arose. # Working with Pharmacy Boards and Health Departments in each territory to ensure regulatory compliance.
