Develop suppliers in Central and Eastern Europe. Work includes both APQP and current products, including tool moves. Engineering support involves using various problem solving tools to find the Root-Cause of issues and recommending and validating Corrective Actions to avoid repeat issues. Conduct complete Quality System audits and perform workshops in Quality Systems Basics, PFMEA & Label Error Proofing. Produce various Excel charts to track quality and process efficiency.
