Developed business relationships for this start-up unit with mid level corporate and regional management. Responsible, as apart of 6 member team, for auditing all homeowner claims company wide ( 200,000 cliams annually in 19 states), for processing times, procedure adherence, customer experience, and fiscal responsibility, then analyzing data and made Power Point presentation to management.
