Specialized in Air Flow Measurement and equipment design. Designed custom test equipment and data acquisition and control algorithms. In house Subject Matter Expert, provided consultation to other Ford organizations. Designed and developed new equipment and processes for Mass Air Flow Sensor manufacturing line, improving cycle times, operational efficiency and accuracy. Provided technical expertise to pressure sensor and exhaust gas oxygen sensor programs by developing state-of-the-art test and measurement equipment for engineering and manufacturing line. Developed, specified and managed numerous Facilities and Tooling projects.
