Acted as system and database administrator (DBA) on System Support Branch, in charge of all enterprise production and test environment applications. Most work with Oracle 11g and 10g (and Oracle RAC) and also with Weblogic 9.2. Administered to Windows 2003 Servers and AIX 6.1. Worked with 110 databases. Well known for quick Production outage triage and resolution of system issues. Coordinated investigative efforts by team and then wrote up management level “After Action Reports” describing the issue, root cause, and resolution. Organized System and database inventories and the applied knowledge to deploy mass-updates to current Patch levels. Made system changes to improve security posture and comply with DoD's Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG's).
