Daily Duties at Credit Union National Association:

• Manage the inventory of 160 print titles; coordinate production and publication of 50 print training products annually • Team with print acquisitions and designers; hire & monitor freelance writers/editors through project completion • Copyedit and proofread manuscripts at all stages of production using both InCopy and hardcopy for editing • Create product demos using Adobe Captivate 4 – determine demo script, arrange audio recordings, edit & import audio • Train company-wide personnel and external clients on functions of WebEx and Adobe Connect conferencing software • Build and publish on-demand electronic training presentations in Articulate Studio software
