Daily Duties at Radnor Township:

Advising staff and elected officials as to responsibilities under the Radnor Township Home Rule Charter and Pennsylvania statutes, changes in existing law that might affect the Township, drafting new ordinances, meeting with developers and/or their counsel, prosecuting code violaitions, filing liens for unpaid sewer rent, assisting in the prosecution/investigation of local businesses that failed to pay business tax, defending the Township in litigation, overseeing ouitside counsel, attending all commissioner meetings, handling any special assignments made by the commissioners.
